OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2012, Enterprise Solutions & Management Corporation (ESM) is a Minority and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). We’re a small business that has seen steady business growth of 30%, across Department of Defense and Federal Civilian markets over the last 3 years. Our core capabilities and services advance innovation and enhance security of customer’s Information Technology (IT) ecosystems to enable their missions, improve efficiency, and help them make informed strategic, tactical, and operational decisions.
Based in Northern Virginia, ESM has over 100 employees supporting clients around the world (CONUS/OCONUS). With 90% of our employees holding active Secret, TS or TS/SCI security clearances, and a Top Secret Facility Clearance, we’re prepared to support your most sensitive and mission-critical needs.

Theresa Nugen
President and Chief Executive Officer
Theresa Nugen is a detail-oriented leader with 20+ years of industry experience and a diverse background in economics and finance. She rose through the corporate ranks and leveraged her extensive knowledge of corporate operations to establish herself as an organizational leader. Her entrepreneurial spirit has been a key driver and foundational component of ESM’s success, consistent year-over-year growth and profitability. As President/CEO, Theresa sets the tone for our corporate culture and establishes the strategic direction for the company.
Ann Kim
Chief Operating Officer
Ann Kim is a highly skilled executive with over 25 years leading and managing IT and cybersecurity initiatives across private sector, civilian agencies, and DoD environments. She’s a proven leader in enterprise strategic planning, large-scale modernization initiatives, and organizational change management. Ann brings extensive experience across a range of IT service areas including enterprise risk management; cyber and privacy protections; policy and governance; engineering and architecture; IT service delivery and management; customer relationship management; and, IT operations and maintenance. As COO, Ann balances business/mission needs with legal/regulatory requirements and operational risk to make informed decisions and deliver sustainable outcomes.

For ESM, IT Support Services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) go hand-in-hand. We leverage ITIL, PMBOK, and agile principles, and employ IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and supporting technologies such as ServiceNow and Remedy. It’s our goal to ensure customers have access to the hardware, software, systems and applications they need to do their jobs, and provide insight into the user experience through data analytics to enable proactive customer support and effective service delivery.
